Use of the studio is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar and constitutes a temporary service agreement for studio use.
The client must use the studio for lawful purposes only.
Any activity or content that violates public order, morals, or Qatari law is strictly prohibited.
The client bears full legal responsibility for the content being filmed or recorded.
Booking time starts from the officially scheduled time, not the actual start of filming.
Any delay by the client is counted as part of the booked time.
Additional hours will be charged according to the approved hourly rate.
Operating, moving, or adjusting equipment without studio staff approval is prohibited.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Equipment may not be removed from the studio without written permission.
The client and accompanying team must follow all safety instructions.
The studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance.
The studio is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Cancellation is subject to the policy stated on the booking page or quotation.
The studio reserves the right to stop usage immediately in case of violation of these terms.
The client retains ownership of the filmed content unless otherwise agreed.
The studio reserves the right to use general behind-the-scenes shots for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing.
The studio is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control.
These terms are governed by Qatari law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
